Branches 2



Branches 2, originally uploaded by lenfirewood.

This is the same pic as in “Branches” except that I have overlayed another of my images to create this “Turnerish” effect. I used the GIMP for the layering and transparency work then used picnik for final colour tweaks and vignetting.

  1. The effect is interesting, attractive, free, for example, that frequent use of HDR synthetic printing.

  2. Hi Nelson – as it happens I have never used HDR to date. I suppose the techniques I use with the GIMP may give that impression though. 🙂
